With only 175 cases of this Modus Operandi Cabernet produced, don’t blink or it will be sold out.
This wine displays aromas of blackcurrant and toasty vanilla. Full bodied with a lot of intensity. Chocolate tones, not overly acidic but with a strong backbone and nice tannin structure. This cabernet can be enjoyed young with some decanting but really should be cellared for a few more years to enjoy it fully.
