This is still a fairly young vineyard, but it has established itself quickly among the best-of-the-best in California. If this vineyard would be in Burgundy, it would for sure have the label “Grand-Cru” attached to it. Many great wineries like Aubert have worked with this award vineyard with great (99 point) success!

On the noses you’ll encounter notes of raspberries, wild strawberries, rose retals, Herbs de Provence, a touch of sweet smoke and toffee. On the palate the wine is texturally very plush and rounded. Structurally lush and full in body with a silky feel wine from a warmer vintage. The wine finishes with fine resolved tannins that lingering with a slight spicy and earthiness.
