The 2014 Convexity is an amazing bottle of wine from start to finish. It is a blend of 78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot and 9% Petit Verdot. On impact, plenty of dark/purple fruit jumps out of the glass. The wine is full in body with a host of stunning flavors on the palate – Savory, floral, chocolate and a hint of spice for all-around complexity. Nicely balanced and forward, this youngster is very intense, yet extremely elegant on impact, and loaded with gorgeous fruit, well-balanced acidity that runs into a long, juicy, silky finish.
