It’s this hands-on, labor-intensive process that ultimately creates a wine that truly has character and history – only then is a label created and a wine given the Crosby Roamann name.

A blend of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon and 14% Merlot, all sourced from a Single vineyard on Mt. Veeder, this wine offers up dark chocolate, black raspberries, wild flowers and a touch of leather on the nose. Full in body, yet extremely elegant, this wine is dense and round, well-balanced with the right amounts of fruit to acid ratios. I’d say a harmony of black fruit, chocolate, touch of vanilla and terroir play on the gorgeous palate that leads into a long bright, silky finish. Only 230 cases produced.
