This wine offers bold aromas and flavors. On the nose you are greeted by honeydew, citrus and Anjou pear aromas.  On the palate, this full-bodied, clean Chardonnay entices you with lush flavors of apples and pears and a touch of mineral notes.  The wine is full in body and well-balanced with the right touch of acidity intertwined with stunning fruit.  The finish is long and clean.  Small production.

This winery also produces a very nice Champagne (I know, Sparkling wine).

An awesome sparkling wine, the Caraccioli Brut Cuvee is composed of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir and offers a smooth yeasty nose and fruity aroma and bouquet of pears and apricots.  The wine is rich and fleshy with toasty notes and a touch of minerality.  Well-balanced sparkling that is complex, yet elegant and sophisticated!
