Pale yellow straw color; assertive aromas of honeysuckle, baked apple, melon, zesty citrus and faint beeswax.  Great elegance and freshness on the palate. Bright, crisp apples, white peach, oatmeal complexity gains weight  in the glass. Oily mid palate texture, crushed-stone minerality and nutmeg notes. Trace of grapefruit on the  acid-driven granular finish.

Light gold color; highly perfumed – honeyed citrus, cut grass, ripe tropical fruits, nutmeg and allspice aromas.  White peach, apricot and candied ginger flavors turn to creamy vanilla and clove. Wave upon wave of honeyed fruits then tightly-coiled finish as nervy acidity kicks in.

Light golden color; Rich full aromas of tangerine, ripe stone fruits, oatmeal, vanilla, a fresh spearmint edge  with faint ginger and truffle notes. Very powerful stone fruit entry, lemon oil, saffron, nutmeg and pineapple.  Rich weighty mid palate with sweet lime and lemongrass. Racy acidity picks up back end with length and  persistence. Building almond flavor to the finish.

Medium red that darkens with aeration; Floral aromas, intense cola, wild berries, baking spice, dusty cocoa powder and a hint of fresh mint. Red fruit entry then classic kirsch and deep raspberry flavors. Building richness and a darker fruit core with many earthy smoked meat nuances. Subtle complexity and a firm stony mineral finish.

Medium dark ruby red; pure, clean raspberry aroma, clove, herbal rhubarb, fresh cherry and cola. Turns darker on the palate with blackcurrant and smoked meat then truffle complexity. Strong thread of vibrant acidity runs through wine from start to finish bringing focus and thrust to the aromas & flavors. Long silky satisfying tannins and red minerals on a crisp finish.

Saturated purple color; dense and concentrated ripe dark fruits – blackberry and cassis with menthol, dried herb, tapenade, mineral and iron tones. Maintains floral elegance and lifted aromatic character. Bright red fruit entry, lighter than the nose suggests, then dark fruit compote but not heavy or too forward, truffle notes, pepper, thyme and sage. Rich tannins round out the finish and aromatic graphite notes linger.

Saturated purple color; multi-layered aromas, smoky blue and black fruits, graphite, violet, thyme, black pepper, soy sauce and a late arriving smoked meat note. Immediate deep cassis fruit profile on the palate, tobacco, pepper, soy, cocoa and rosewater nuances. Great floral inner mouth perfume. Stony mineral infused finish with more graphite and solid hillside tannin profile. Cellar for at least two years and decant before serving.
